Hey, I'm Moiz

I'm an engineering manager who believes that the best software comes from teams that genuinely care about each other and the problems they're solving.

That belief comes from my own journey. I've seen firsthand how aligned teams can thrive, and how misalignment can quietly derail even the most talented groups.

My story began in Lahore, where I studied computer science at LUMS, almost by accident. I had zero interest in programming, but a mandatory intro course changed everything. In the final moments of my first project, something clicked. That spark lit a fire that still burns today.

Moiz Imran - Geometric Portrait

These days, I lead frontend teams at Tintash, write about the intersection of technology and human experience on The Pixelated View, and explore how AI can amplify the most human parts of our work — not replace them.

Global Perspective

Working across time zones with diverse teams has taught me that great ideas come from everywhere—you just need to create space to hear them.

Teaching & Sharing
